We had arranged two activities within a year with UTB, and for both events, UTB had been prompt and accommodating in their response. UTB’s event team was well organized and helped us facilitate our events without major hiccups. Thanks Carmen!

Universal Team Builders were attentive and listened to our needs as an organization. As we had a mix of new comers and multi region joining the team, PUMA decided that a team building was best to bond the teams. A session with Mr.Zarfi clearly showed he knew what the corporate world needed in terms of building a team. He was very sharp to point out some needs for the company, he was able to immediately point to some games where he could test the people and push the boundaries yet in a safe way without hurting feelings. The full board experience we had in Melaka with UTB over 2D/1N was overwhelmingly enjoyable as well as able to deliver a clear message to team members on being open, working together, sharing and break boundaries in terms of experience, age and ethnicity. UTB had left us a very positive and lasting impression. We highly recommend UTB to anyone who has a need to build solid teams for now and the future and have a chat with En.Zafri and his team.
